Project Details

Marshall Precinct represents a unique development opportunity for Geelong. It is sited adjacent the operational Marshall Train Station at the most northern end of the Armstrong Creek region, and just six kilometres from Geelong CBD.

Bordered by arterial roads and set within attractive remnant vegetation, the precinct will offer diverse housing choice, local employment opportunities, and habitat protection. The wider precinct is forecast to yield over 1,555 dwellings or approximately 3-4,000 residents.

The jewel of the precinct is the Marshall Station Precinct, which will be transport oriented in design and comprise of 280 high-density residential homes integrated with 2,500m2 of retail and commercial uses.
