Hinterland Moriac, civil works commence
With civil works already started on Mervue Warrambool, Ample are excited to announce work has now also commenced at Hinterland Moriac. The start date was brought forward due to the unprecedented sales and interest in the estate.
The civil works will be delivered by local contractor Civil works, who Ample are very excited to be working with. At this stage, it is expected that titles will be finalised by the second half of 2018, and Ample will continue to keep interested parties and purchasers up to date.
Ample is thrilled about this latest development, noting “Moriac is a flourishing area, and we are overjoyed with the prospect of becoming a part of this proud and healthy community.”
For the past several months, Ample has been working with the local communitie, the Surf Coast Shire, and Barwon Water to complete negotiations and gain approval an 850m long Greenway park and pathway.
The 20,000sqm Greenway will connect Hinterland Moriac to Newling Reserve, as well as popular recreational sports and amenities within the area. As part of their negotiations with the Shire, Ample will be responsible for funding the Greenway as well as maintaining it for two additional years after handing it over to the community.
Interest in the development has been better than expected, with Stage 2 sales exhausted and Stage 3 soon to be released.
